MKHAYA ecovounteer

In August, I joined an ecovolunteer project in Swaziland (www.ecovolunteer.org). The reserve of Mkhaya, is a refugee for endangered species, in particular the black rhino.

With others ecos, we help Mickey Reilly and his staff of the game reserve. We help in the reintroduction of sunis, in the capture of some white rhinos, in the building of road, of removing fences of new land, in patrolling with the rangers…

Mkhaya is a game reserve with two camps, one camp for the guests and one for the ecos and their guide. The eco camp is a tent camp and doesn’t have electricity.

But this project was the most exciting moment on my entire life! And I want to invite all to join this project.

Please contact me in you want more details.
